Worldwide shipping is provided.
International items are sent via Post NL. Shipping time for destinations outside the EU can take 2 - 3 weeks. During busy periods such as Christmas and holidays this timescale can sometimes double due to customs and the workloads of your local mail services. I can not be held responsible for these delays.
Ready to ship
Packaging your order takes some time. I will always try to ship your order as fast as possible, Normally it will take 1 or 2 working daysI to get your pottery packaged up. I don't ship in the weekends. So an order placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday. You will receive a confirmation once shipped. If you have a specific deadline then let me know and I will do my best to try and get your order to you in time.
Track and trace
I prefer to ship with track and trace option provided. This is a little bit more expensive, but gives us both the possibility to see where your parcel is.
I try to minimise my impact on the environment both personally and within my business.
I use cardboard boxes which are either recycled or from FSC responsible sources- both completely recyclable. I am working on finding an alternative to bubble wrap and use as little as possible whilst still keeping the work safe.
Damage during transport
I have spent a lot of time finding the best way to package, to ensure your pottery arrives with you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your pottery is damaged during transit I will replace the item for you as soon as possible. If there's no suitable replacement available, I'll refund you. If your item is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, but within 1 week at the latest. Please take some pictures, so I can learn from what happened.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Refunds & exchanges
I describe each item of pottery carefully, so please read descriptions for dimensions, sizes, usage and care instructions. Please check you are happy with the dimensions in the listing before placing your order.
If you are not completely happy with an item received please do get in touch. I accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
If you would like to return an item that is not suitable please let me know. If any item is returned in a non-resalable condition (if it gets broken on it’s return journey) a refund won’t be able to be issued, so please ensure it is packaged very carefully. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
